“website was easy to navigate, pricing clear and delivery was quick, so I'm happy with the overall service. My only criticism is that delivery charges were high...i think it was £7 for delivery to UK mainland.”

“The goods should have arrived yesterday 20th September 2023 between 12.17 and 14.17, it never arrived! this is the information we received on 20th Sept:- "Your consignment, number 0089441, is due to be delivered today by The APC, estimated between 12:17 and 14:17." We still haven't received it!!!”

“Your responsiveness has been excellent, but the people doing the shipping have been hopeless. Three times they have sent me texts and e mails saying the bulbs would be delivered that day, and nobody has appeared, with no communication from them at all - so I am still waiting!”
