“I ordered 2kg each of Lady Christl, Charlotte and Desiree seed potatoes. The Lady Christl and the Charlotte were of very good quality as I expected for Jamieson Brothers. The Desiree, however, was not. They almost all are covered in what appears to be scab. I thought, seed potatoes are suppposed to be disease free. These Desiree ones don't seem to be. Very disappointing and I won't be ordering Desiree again.”

“I ordered 3 10 tuber packs of different potatoes plus Red Baron onion sets. Easy and quick to order - my first time ordering from Jamieson. 10 tuber packs seemed ideal for someone with a limited number of 'potato pots' to grow earlies in. One pack is main and will go in the ground - again ideal as space limited. Buying by weight gives no indication as to how many tubers will be in the pack. Currently chitting potatoes and need weather to improve before anything gets planted.”

“Odered two 2-kilo bags of Maris Piper seed potatoes. They arrived in superfast time, next day delivery, very well packaged and boxed. The tubers are first-class. Extremely healthy looking. As an experienced allotment holder, I have grown potatoes each year for many, many years. Jamieson's Maris Piper look superb and I look forward to harvesting a very good crop.”

“2KG PICASSO 2KG SWIFT 2KG ESTIMA Ordered and received the above seed potatoes. I have used Jamiesons for the past few years because of the quality. However this year’s ordered include quite a few damaged or small potatoes 7 picasso spuds were damaged with fork marks or cuts and one rotting. Estima varied in size with many small ones. Swift all fine. These were labelled as premium seed potatoes. Quality control seems a bit off for premium’s. Cheers Mike”

“Ordered my potatoes from you last year and was delighted with the results. (Arran Pilot, Wilja and Sarpo Mira). I was more than happy to order the same this year. I like that the potatoes are delivered at the end of January / Beginning of February which means I don't have to store them for too long before starting chitting. Also the seed potatoes are a decent size without being too big and arrive in excellent condition. Packaging gives simple instructions for planting and likely harvest time etc”

“Excellent company! Have ordered seed poatatoes for several years - competitively-priced - efficient delivery too. They seem to be chitting well this year. Those we have ordered in the past have performed well - good disease resistance and decent crops (see photo). Important to be careful to choose the right combination of earlies, main crops etc to ensure a crop throughout the summer. Will continue to use Jamieson Brothers going forward.”
