“I am turning a section of garden into a woodland area and wanted some daffodils to help spruce up the area come Spring time. After extensive searching I finally found what I was looking for…a large quantity of daffodil bulbs at a decent price. Jamieson Brothers had just what I wanted with 20kg of mixed daffodil bulbs at just under £50 ( I believe it was actually £44.99 but not 100% sure on that ). In my book, that is indeed a bargain! The bulbs arrived when stated and in great condition. So far I have planted about half of the bulbs and haven’t found a bad bulb yet and that is duly noted. There are huge bulbs, medium bulbs, small bulbs, single bulbs, and multiple bulbs all attached and all in good condition. I am very pleased with finding this company that gives such a fantastic value for daffodil bulbs. They are mixed and I have no idea what will come up or what they will look like, but the anticipation is already strong and I can hardly wait for Spring when they will emerge from the winter sleep. This alone gives me incentive to keep on planting and then wait patiently until they show themselves in all their splendour. What a nice treat for the garden and myself for under £50. If you are looking for a great deal on daffodil bulbs then the Jamieson Brothers will do you right!”

“I'm a bit confused. We purchased Charlotte this year, the seeds arriving in excellent condition. We earthed up alternating with layers of raw Herdwick sheep's wool (from chimneysheep.co.uk) for slow releasing fertiliser, high in nitrogen. Yield? Unbelievable. No way does Charlotte yield that many, of such a Skin and flesh? Soft and waxy and, with plenty of salted butter, a bit of a conversation killer at the table, as everyone is focused on the potatoes. It's the middle of October, the wool has broken down and will be used as compost next year, but there's plenty of potatoes left (and also more growing in four bags). So why confused? I've never, ever, come across quality of this standard before. I'll be back. I'll not look anywhere else.”
