The thing I dont like about Jaques is all the offers and having to be a member of the reward club, so you are never quite sure whether the price you are paying is the best price or whether it will be offered less in a day or two time. Then when I used rewards they weren't valid for what I was buying so slightly disappointed. I just want to pay a fair price for good quality items.”
“The delivery and the customer service were good.
However the threading beads are extremely poorly finished in the core which means that the shoelaces catch and snag far more than I would expect. We’re probably going to end up filing them down which will lose the paint finish in the middle.”
