“The chemicals supplied are very good what let's the service down is the time it take to dispatch I have noticed this on other orders I have made it very slow compared to other companies I use it would nice to have the option to pay for postage for next day delivery even though you offer free postage over a certain amount on qualifying products which us the customer doesn't know .”

Yodel said they tried to deliver on 15th April but after investigation is turns out
they tried to deliver the goods to another address ( not ours) miles away
As yet the goods have not been delivered and have been re-schedled to another
carrier for delivery on 22nd April”

Send you an email with a belivery time and date, have some one wait in for it and products dont turn up,
Get a email the following day with time and date on and the products turn up early when no one is in”
“I was very moons ago a highly respected car valeter and did use Jenny chem many years ago but as I’ve older I know longer do this other than my own cars and I’ve just purchased a £50 starter pack. And is absolutely amazing. And the quick detailer is amazing ( better than autosmart cherry glaze )I already want to purchase some other products so will be doing shortly.”
“The item itself fantastic but sadly no notification on delivery so called multiple times, to be told it be Wednesday then nothing, so called again told thursday and nothing. With also saying I need a call from the delivery driver 30mins prior, well delivery turned up Friday and I wasnt there. The wagon didnt have a lift and they needed help to offload. Sadly delivery experience ruined the customer service”
