“I ordered Patio Cleaner on 9th April expecting the goods within a few days
As yet nothing has been delivered.
Yodel said they tried to deliver on 15th April but after investigation is turns out
they tried to deliver the goods to another address ( not ours) miles away
As yet the goods have not been delivered and have been re-schedled to another
carrier for delivery on 22nd April”
“This was my first order from Jennychem - I am not impressed! I initiated the order on Friday afternoon and the order was processed on Monday. I paid for Express delivery. However, the order as delivered on Friday (4 days later) and only after a phone call from me on Thursday chasing the order.”
“The Citrus Blast prewash did a great job on removing all the Road grime on my car . I really rate the product.
However ,
The Showroom Ceramic foam is dreadful to apply. I followed the instructions to the letter and ended up with stubborn “water spots” left all over the paintwork and glass. It’s a really expensive product and I can feel that it should leave a “ceramic” type coating on the paintwork - but the overall finish is bad. I’m now trying to remove the product coating completely and safely .”
“The cold wax works well but the pink interior dressing and tyre dressing is not good the interior stuff is very sticky when applied to surfaces and doesn't give the best finish its matte and its mot glossy and doesn't hold for very long and the tyre dressing doesn't even last a day it was applied to a vehicle that didn't move and it looked as if it was never applied the following day very disappointed”
“Waited 9 days for delivery and it wasn’t very good. Applied snow foam and made little to no difference. Spray bottle is good and so is the cherry shampoo. But my high hopes of the snow foam were dashed. I will be ordering from my previous supplier.”
“It took 15 days for my order to arrive, I had to message after 5days to find out wheres my order. Told very busy. Now my order has arrived, I have used the product and very impressed, worth the wait, but please sort out the order process, I'm not surprised you are very busy.”
