I purchased the £55 bundle from you, and your products are amazing, “but” the cannon isn’t good at all, the trigger after washing one car just drops and stays in, so I have to keep stopping and starting, the pursue isn’t too good, having used other hand cannons, I feel these are a real weak point for you, also saying they only have a 3 month warranty doesn’t fill me with confidence.

“Ordered 5 buckets with lids. 1 bucket came with no lid. The next day 4 Buckets and 5 lids came. All's well eventually, or so I thought. 1 week later one lid arrived. You must waste some serious amount of money on package and posting if my experience is anything to go by.”

It also said free delivery on orders over £50, so I made an order for £75 only to be charged a dangerous good surcharge of £8 again I asked for a refund of this because it’s false advertising, but again no reply, all I get is more ads for other products,
