“Coffee itself is great. Overall service is good. The only thing that stops it being a 5* rating is the fact that you waste your time putting delivery instructions on, only for them not to be passed to the courier or printed on the box.”

“Tracking the order wasn't very good - i suspect a carrier problem. I didn't know which day they were going to deliver until about 1/2 hour before the delivery slot! The iced coffee is of course delicious!”

“Thanks to Olivia's prompt action at Jimmy's, I finally received my order of iced coffee after Evri's miserable, repeated failure to deliver my original order. Well, it was worth waiting for - and better than I'd expected, especially at a special, discounted price. The bottles are a convenient size and they're not plastic, which is important to me. Yes, I'd probably order again... but not if Evri is involved!”

“Nice Iced Coffee. But Jimmy's needs to use another courier than Royal Mail. They're hopeless! The time before, I paid to upgrade my delivery to next day (24 hour) delivery and it arrived two days later by Royal Mail instead of 24 hours. This time round, I didn't bother upgrading delivery and Royal Mail sent an expected delivery notification the day before to say it would be delivered between 9:30 and 1:30pm. So I waited in all morning for the delivery and then at 12:55pm I received another email to say that it had been delayed, so I went out. They didn't deliver until the next day, so a day late again! Royal Mail tracking doesn't work either.”
