The chocolate milk is ok, tastes nice, but I've had chocolate milk as nice and cheaper. Even after shaking still goes a bit gloopy at the bottom. Love the fact it is only 3 ingredients.

Broken and split cans again. But refunded promptly. I don't think the cans are made of strong enough material as they often arrive with a few bent or split.

Ordered 2 x 12 The Big Original BottleCan™ as I’ve been getting the small ones from Tesco recently. The deal of buy one, get one half price is the reason for the purchase. The product is great, unfortunately let down by the delivery service of Evri. It was ‘out for delivery’ 17.05.25 - 09:28 but was delivered to the pickup location 21.05.25 - 13:33. For a delivery service that claims to deliver over weekends, I can’t see why it took that long. You could argue that the change of address from a home address, to a pick up location can add 24/48hrs; but I’d argue it shouldn’t matter if the company claims weekend delivery.

Just to clarify - our subscription deliveries are set to arrive within 48 hours, and we don’t currently offer a 24-hour option on those. That said, you do have full control over your renewal date, so you can bring it forward to make sure it arrives when you need it. Pleased to find these bottles as have been struggling to find them in my local supermarket. The taste is nice but disappointed the best before date is not very good for the quantity bought.

really like the coffee but the delivery was not great. Courier was clearly driving a builder's van and the package arrived covered in dried on cement/plaster. Would suggest that Jimmy's don't use EVRI to deliver.

I didn't like the Cinnamon Roll iced coffee much it just tasted like normal coffee to me and couldn't taste the any hint of cinnamon at all. Still think the best one was the Coffee Cola

Sorry to hear you're not a fan of our Cinnamon Roll, we tried to get the recipe right and ensure the cinnamon wasn't too over powering nor sickly sweet. We miss our Coffee Cola too, hopefully it will make a comeback one day!

Product was absolutely delicious but the cans arrived heavily dented and rippled. But this is a GREAT tasting product as always

It’s ok but I like things that bit sweeter so add zero cal caramel shot to it to make it taste better.

We worked hard to get the coffee to caramel ratio just right, ensuring the caramel wasn't overly sweet and that it still provided a neat coffee hit- unfortunately it's not to everyones taste. Coffee is good just let down by Evri just dumping it on my doorstep and running when I wasn't in and didn't even give me a second to ask them to hide it

Very watery compared to other brands out their but you can taste the coffee more in Jimmys Iced Coffee.

Sorry to hear you felt our stuff was a little watery. We worked hard to make a refreshing Iced Coffee using only clean ingredients, no thickeners or gum and only a small amount of added demerara sugar. However, it is great to hear you can taste our Rainforest Alliance certified coffee more in our products than other brands! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Branding is awesome, so are the little metal bottles - but unfortunately not a strong flavour. Positive is this isn’t super sweet like a lot of ice coffee, but still there isn’t a strong enough flavour for me to buy again. Definitely worth a try, everyone likes their coffee made differently.

Got a lot of dented cans , e-mailed photos and got a reply saying they were ok ! Wouldn’t have purchased from a shop and won’t purchase any more direct now! Poor customer service for me .

Hey Vince, We're sorry to hear your delivery arrived with some dented cans. All our orders are quality checked prior to dispatch, unfortunately on rare occasions this can occur during transit. As a company we work hard to keep our impact on the environment as minimal as possible, so if the good are still consumable we would not look to collect and redeliver them. The ordering was straight forward But when it arrived quite a few of the cans are dented I am a bit worried if these are ok ? I was going to contact you about this :(

Tastes okay Don't get alot in them though. And every single one I opened exploded everywhere Wouldn't buy again unfortunately sorry.

Hey Claire, Thank you for your feedback! Apologies that you experienced a problem when opening your BottleCan, hopefully it wasn't too bad? Our BottleCans are pressurised to help them maintain their shape throughout the manufacturing process. This is why we advise against shaking them on the caps however, as our drinks are mixed to perfection before being poured into the BottleCans, there is no need to shake them!
