Still haven't received the items yet! EVRI delivery is absolutely useless. Tbh will never order with you again

I know the drinks are good but the courier they use (Evri) still hasn’t made delivery after a week!

The coffee is of course lovely however every single bottle of the 3 cases ordered were damaged, goodness knows what the courier was doing with the package!

Ah no, we’re really sorry to hear this—it’s definitely not how things should arrive. We’re so glad you love the coffee, but totally get how frustrating the damage must’ve been. Just to reassure you, dented cans are still safe to drink as long as they’re not punctured or leaking, but we know it’s not ideal. We’ll raise it with the courier too, so thank you for flagging it, and again, sorry for the hassle.

Bottles all dented again. This was never an issue. But last two deliveries all bottles have been damaged

We dispatch all orders within 24 working hours of them being placed, unfortunately delays can occur with the couriers due to reasons outside of our control. The coffee is fine but let down with delivery, which was only expedited after I enquired what was taking so long - says 48 hours but took 6 days. The boxes must have been thrown around somewhat as every can is dented. Lucky they are tin or there would have been a right mess! Unfortunately I'm not likely to order again unless there is a change of delivery company.

The drinks themeselves are not the issue, the delivery was good and prompt, if It had been all I would have rated 5 stars however the issue is with the bottles themselves, they are NOT disability friendly, the Lids have been coated in some kind of plastic making it impossible for me to open without assistance.

i love the jimmys i get in stores, this just tasted kind of sad and watery however. dissapointed, glad i got it at a discount, definitely wont be buying again.

The Iced Coffee we sell on our website is the same as in the store and we do make sure that all our products goes through extensive testing to make sure they meet our standards but, on this occasion it sounds like something was not quite right. The coffee is great. Delevery could be better. A 48 hour delivery should have got to me on Sat, so put my home address. Wasn't attempted to be delivered until Monday and I work, so haven't got ot yet.
