I found the advent calender that i bought really disappointing tbh. I was excited because they had a dairy-free option but i didnt realise that would mean that the entire calender would be one flavour. I also didnt realise the calender would only have 12 days on it rather than 24. Overall, i will not be buying again next year.

Hi Seb, We’re really sorry to hear that the Advent Calendar didn’t meet your expectations we understand it can be the disappointing when something you’re excited for doesn’t turn out how you hoped. Just to clarify, we currently offer one dairy-free iced coffee, which is our Oat flavour. Choosing the dairy-free option for the calendar therefore means the drinks will all be Oat, whereas the main version includes a mix of flavours. We do state this on the product page, along with the that the calendar is also a 12 Days of Christmas design, which is noted in the description and visible in the product imagery. Whilst we don't offer more than one flavour Oat Iced Coffee, we’d really love the chance to make this right for you. I had a very poor experience purchasing the Advent Calendar from Jimmy’s Iced Coffee. The packaging was extremely cheap—just thin cardboard holding everything in place—and my calendar arrived damaged. Several of the contents were already bursting through the windows, so there was no surprise at all about what was inside. The overall quality felt very low and absolutely not worth the price. Because of this experience, I won’t be purchasing from Jimmy’s again, and I strongly do not recommend their products.

It seems the movement during transit and the weight of the iced coffee inside has caused the damage. We did reach out previously to offer a full refund or a replacement at no cost, but we havn’t heard back yet. Our crew replied the same day to let you know we were looking into your parcel, and when it didn’t arrive within the 1–2 day service, we refunded your delivery fee straight away. Really sorry your order never made it to you- we weren’t able to get any clear updates from the courier on this one which has been super frustrating for us too. We’ve processed a full refund as requested. So sorry for the hassel you've had with this one, we'e looking into it further with Evri. It hasn’t arrived. It was sent on Monday for 48 hour delivery and it is now Saturday and hasn’t arrived.

Sadly, both cases came, and they were heavily dented on almost every single can of coffee. We use these as incentives and it’s very hard when they’re all damaged. We have a monthly subscription that will be canceling.

Very badly packed with no protection just put in a box with no packaging just in a cardboard tray, every single tin was dented, not happy at all, sent email regarding this but as yet no response.

Hi Andi, Thanks for raising this, and sorry for the poor packing and the dented cans- that’s definitely not the standard we aim for. We had a supply issue with our usual boxes recently, which caused the issue, but the new boxes have arrived now and this has been fixed. Just to reassure you, dented cans are still safe to drink as long as they’re not leaking or punctured. We’ve also provided a 50% refund for the inconvenience and will make sure future orders arrive in top shape. Thanks again for your patience and for flagging it with us- it's appreciated.

I have emailed and been ignored . I got my order 2 days ago and the sell by date is the 28th of this month! It takes me a while to get through them

Well I’ve ordered over a week ago and still no item and still waiting so not happy with the service if I’m honest and never been informed on any delays or problems with the order either hopefully this can be resolved soon as I do love the drink

Terrible side effects ie bad flatulence will never buy again I buy my protein from the gym both beef and whey it does not do this

Hey There, We're sorry to hear you felt out protein Iced Coffee made you unwell. It is made using only protein enriched milk, and does not contain any protein powders. Protein enriched milk is just milk, where we take the natural protein found in milk out, and re-add it back into the product. Sorry to hear again that you're not a fan. Thank you for giving it a try. The consignment has not arrived. Found a message from Evri to say it was delivered on Wednesday. Photo indicates that it has been left at another house. TRULY HOPE YOU ARE THINKING OF CHANGING YOUR COURIER. We have had many unsatisfactory deliveries but have not complained so far because no damage has actually been done to the product. Obviously I cannot complete this review as there is no product.

Terrible taste, does not taste anything like coffee more like someone has had coffee described to them and tried to create that. Would not recommend to anyone

Really poor experience this time. I love Jimmy's but this order arrived trashed by Evri. I emailed customer service but didn't get a reply. I order regulary but deliveries have become such a lottery now. Last two orders had cans that were broken open, what a shame.

We dispatch orders the same day they are placed, therefore, unfortunately as you had put in the incorrect delivery address, we we're unable to intercept the parcel before it had been dispatched to the wrong address.
