Was so looking forward to the protein coffee but it’s so sickly and super milky but not in a nice way 😭

Sorry to hear that you aren't a fan of our new protein Iced Coffee! We tried our best to create a recipe that is both smooth and refreshing, while still providing a high protein coffee hit that's not overly sweet- unfortunately, this can’t always be to everyones taste! This was dispatched from our warehouse on the day of order, unfortunately the courier service we use have experienced delays due to high demand from Black Friday. I am shocked how terrible your customer service has been. I am still yet to receive my coffee order (which I made 6 days ago) and I have sent 4 emails and have still NOT received any replies. I paid for next day delivery (as I was away on a long weekend for my friends wedding) and you not only did not manage this, but you then changed the delivery till Saturday (when I was away). I therefore changed the delivery date to Tuesday 12th Sept and again, did not receive my delivery. I have had 0 contact from your customer service team and when I try and track the Royal Mail app (for the 10th time) the tracking reference you gave me is not recognised. As I have said in multiple emails which have been ignored, you are BY FAR the tastiest oat iced coffee on the market and I would drink your coffee every day and have told my friends and work colleagues previously how amazing your brand is, which is why I wanted to support you directly (rather than buying wholesale which I have been doing for ages!) But now, I feel so saddened by the way you have handled this order aka. complete radio silence and you have left a loyal customer really unhappy. I would expect a full refund/or my full case of coffee but at the least a reply to my emails!!!

We do make sure that all our range goes through extensive testing to make sure it meets our standards but, on this occasion, something doesn’t sound right. Hi Kieran, Sorry to hear our Caramel wasn't to your taste. We worked hard to get the coffee to caramel ratio just right without being overly sweet however, it's not to everyones taste. Thank you for your feedback and have a great weekend!

The new caramel latte is not good. It’s very milky and then a very harsh chemical taste on the back of your tongue. Gave the other 9 to a friend.

Hey Sascha, Sorry to hear that you aren't a fan of our Caramel! We tried our best to create a recipe that is both smooth and indulgent, whilst not being overly sweet to ensure it still provided that neat coffee fix. We tested it ourselves and felt that the combination of our Rainforest certified coffee, semi-skimmed milk and natural caramel flavouring offered the best taste and drinking experience. We promise that all of the ingredients included in our products are safe to drink - but sorry to hear that you didn't like the taste. Thank you for the review and I hope you have an ace day. KYCU!

I ordered last Friday 24 hr tracked and still have not received it . Disappointed as it was a birthday present. Won't be buying from you again. Very poor service. Probably not your fault but Royal Mail. Advice ... use a different delivery service.

Hi Kim, Thanks so much for your purchase and message, we appreciate you. Looking at our records we can see that you ordered on Friday around 5pm. The parcel was dispatched from our warehouse on Monday by Royal Mail 24 tracked. The parcel was delivered by our courier a day late on Wednesday. We sincerely apologise for this short delay and have refunded your postage charge. We hope your friend enjoys their Birthday present (Albeit arriving slightly late). My order hasn’t arrived, was dispatched 4 days ago on a 48 hour delivery so wondering what’s gone wrong, really needed it by now so I’m gutted.
