I am shocked how terrible your customer service has been. I am still yet to receive my coffee order (which I made 6 days ago) and I have sent 4 emails and have still NOT received any replies. I paid for next day delivery (as I was away on a long weekend for my friends wedding) and you not only did not manage this, but you then changed the delivery till Saturday (when I was away). I therefore changed the delivery date to Tuesday 12th Sept and again, did not receive my delivery. I have had 0 contact from your customer service team and when I try and track the Royal Mail app (for the 10th time) the tracking reference you gave me is not recognised. As I have said in multiple emails which have been ignored, you are BY FAR the tastiest oat iced coffee on the market and I would drink your coffee every day and have told my friends and work colleagues previously how amazing your brand is, which is why I wanted to support you directly (rather than buying wholesale which I have been doing for ages!) But now, I feel so saddened by the way you have handled this order aka. complete radio silence and you have left a loyal customer really unhappy. I would expect a full refund/or my full case of coffee but at the least a reply to my emails!!!
