“There’s okay, there’s good, there’s great, and then there’s JIMMY’S! Sublimely delicious bottles of loveliness - the only problem is deciding whether to snaffle the best Iced Coffee ever (I’ve had to hide them from my Mum!) or to dive into the silky luxuriousness of a perfectly balanced Mocha. Fortunately, Jimmy’s super slick delivery service and persistently perfect produce prevents people pouting!”

“I see all the offers you do like a mixed box for new joiner and other deals but as a loyal subscriber I feel that I miss you on the best deals. Would also be good to see more choice on the site, new flavours?? Bigger Cans??”

Hi Ben, Thanks so much for your feedback. How we can include subscribers more with deals is something we're constantly working on. We want to make subscribers feel include within our more spontaneous offers, such as our recent 3 for 2 throughout the month of December, where subscribers could get a free case each renewal delivery that month. It is harder to include subscriptions in all offers, as with the subscription there is already an everyday lower price and free case on sign up. We're always open to suggestion and we hope you see more opportunity for deals and product variety coming your way in the future. Thank you again for your feedback, it's really appreciated.
