“I ordered last Friday 24 hr tracked and still have not received it . Disappointed as it was a birthday present. Won't be buying from you again. Very poor service. Probably not your fault but Royal Mail. Advice ... use a different delivery service.”

The parcel was dispatched from our warehouse on Monday by Royal Mail 24 tracked. The parcel was delivered by our courier a day late on Wednesday. We sincerely apologise for this short delay and have refunded your postage charge. We hope your friend enjoys their Birthday present (Albeit arriving slightly late). “As always great coffee, and this time I tried the caramel, which is yummy and not over sweet at all. I also mixed half of a caramel with half of a Mocha which made a great drink, will order them together again. The only downside is Royal Mail who delivered them, forget the 48 hour delivery it was more like 109 hours since the email to say it had been dispatched, plus they said it would be here on Wednesday, so we waited in and they never came until almost 1pm the next day. Oh how I miss DPD as they were always on time.”
