“THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE VAT RECEIPT, WHICH HAS BEEN RESOLVED. THE DELIVERIES TO SCOTLAND, ANYWHERE UP HERE, BY THE POSTAL SERVICES, ROYAL MAIL OR NOT!!! IS DREADFULL. THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT. HAVING REVIEWED, I WOULD USE YOU SERVICES AGAIN. BRYANWINSTON@HOTMAIL.CO.UK”

“He’s were very helpful, even replying to emails sent on a Sunday. Unfortunately dpd lost my original order, and jrs didn’t have enough stock to repeat it in full immediately, but their customer service team were excellent , and the replacement they had came out incredibly fast. Like with everywhere , they are hampered by their couriers.”

“Great prices on Rigger boots, ordered a pair but got sent the wrong colour. Mistakes happen it's the way it is dealt with that matters. JRS fantastic response to rectify the error which they did straight away, now have the boots in the right colour. Would have been 5 stars but took one off for error. I would still recommend JRS and I would use them again”
