I've ordered before and been happy with the service, but this time I was very disappointed. The order was delayed and I had to phone and chase twice, which meant people didn't have tops for one of our gigs that we were playing at. I also got informed (the day before order was sent out) that they couldn't embroider on the scarves. Why are you selling these on your website with options to embroider if you can't embroider on them? Not impressed at all with service this time round. Will probably look into getting our band's gear from somewhere else in the future.

Delivery was delayed because your supplier was late but wen I ordered it you website said you had all my order which had a knock on effect with my orders so I'm plying catchup

Ordered safety boots in the beginning of November, they was meant to come week after Ordered. I had to send a email asking about my order to tell me that they are out of stock and should have them by the 28th. No joy. Had email that they was on my way but the delivery went missing.

My order arrived late and when I called to ask when I was going to receive my order I was lied to. Thanks to the poor service received - I have found a local company who are able to provide a superior product at a fraction of the cost and in a much shorter time period. I wont be using JRS Industrial again.

Ordered some boots and i never received any update on timeline regarding delays. I ended up ordering with another company, same boots but received within 3 days. This order had taken over 2 weeks so refused delivery and now looking for refund.

I ordered some items for my son who was starting a new job the items were expected to be delivered by 18th October and I am still awaiting half of my order. This has resulted in me having to buy more items elsewhere due to the long delivery time.

Disappointed and underwhelmed with print quality and service. Had to wait the full 20 days for delivery and received parcel ripped open and shirts inside not individually packed so one marked with dirt. Print quality was poor with film residue left on shirts and "wrinkling" of print. Complained but received 'computer say no' type response that "we do not issue refunds for customised items" and that DTF was their print process and clearly stated as such on their website. Offer to review all shirts with a view to reprinting any deemed by JRS as not sufficient quality, but as this DTF method clearly is not suitable in terms of quality or longevity for our requirements I said this was not an option and required a full refund. I was offered a refund of only the setup costs which is what we ended up accepting - a refund of £86.40 on an order of £177.03 We have since found a local supplier who can provide the same quality shirt with differnt print process with much higher quality print results.

the recent order was delivered but the embroidery had not been done. Sent back T shirts but as of today i didnt hear an update on the progress. No one confirmed receipt back for the T Shirts or updated me on my of new complete delivery date !

Order came wrong and one number printed T-shirt came slightly damaged. Still no reply from friday 19/9 and awaitng hoe they are going to resolve the issue. No delivery note sent with order. would recommend to anyone who asks me about JRS to stay away from them as customer service is lackluster at best and do not not seem very helpful. Also was told my delivery would be arrive latest 15/9 but did not turn up till 17/9 only after sending a mail asking about my order on the 15/16 sept. service has not been good enough.

i ordered a pair of leo kingford ecoviz 36s work trousers on the 1/9/25 and i'am still waiting for to be delivered.APC said they have been delivered but i have not received them ,been in touch with APC and your company but very poor customer service from both of you.

Tunic took over a week to arrive. Was too small, couldn’t exchange, needed to go through whole procedure again reordering . Cost £4 to return. Awaiting refund. Won’t use company again.

Second order from jrs.no problem with the first order.unfortunatly the delivery service you put your trust in isnt very good.after rescheduling delivery they delivered on a totally differnt date when noone was there and sent a text at 2pm to say it would be there between 11.30 and 13.30 .i havent recieved my delivery and have no clue where the package is and have had zero information given to me.wont be using this company again.
