“Very slow to issue proof and then an age to send goods. Polo shirts are long enough and will be too short after 3 washes”

“I ordered my items on the 19th of July and have still not received them to date (29th July) original email said 3-5 working days. When I check with APC overnight email I received on the 22nd july, delivery was due Wednesday 23rd and everyday I check now it's always saying tomorrow's date”

“I ordered large, it looks more like 2xxL. It fits like a dress, the length is nearly down to my knees and I’m 6ft tall. I spent money to waste my time. I would not be buying anything from this company anymore”

“Two items ordered which were both said to be in stock - the first took 10 days to arrive - the second item was missing so I had to get in touch. I was told it would be sent by overnight delivery - it then took 2 more days with the delivery on the first advised slot never turning up after I waited in. Not a very satidfactory experience.”

“JRS were late delivering my purchase, when I chased it up the order had been “misplaced “ When it did arrive the herringbone cap was flimsy & of poor quality. I was disappointed with the product !”

“The sizes are off. Some of the items are smaller than what they say. I.e hoodie was medium not large, trousers were 32 at most instead of 34 like I ordered”

“Products were ordered but not dispatched. After inquiring on the status of the order 5 days after scheduled delivery I was informed some products were discontinued. The company eventually delivered some items and refunded the others. The items were of OK quality. The process was frustrating.”

“Not impressed to be honest. 1st order ordered a 2 soft shell jacket and one turned up and the 2nd one never. After emails going backwards and forwards they then tell me it’s out of stock even though still says in stock on the website. 2nd order the box arrives battered with half of the contents missing.”

“Whilst the qaulit and the actual work onthe hats are reallly good, the way in which the order was handled and the time it took and the communication was not good, and the ony reason i got the product in the end was becuase i threatened to cancel. THey said 20 days after the order was made and it was longer then that, it was only when i called to fnd out where the order was they they got it into production days after i had already called previously and i was told it was being done and they would get the order out the next day which was a lie as they hadnt even started the order Good quality but rubbush service”

“My review is more about the delivery company used more so than JRS. Bought a jacket from the website. got an email from APC saying itll be delivered the day after the email. got home to find no package. thought ok ill wait for the next day. same thing, got an email with a time, got home, no package. then it was sunday so gave it till monday. same thing happened monday. I checked the tracking and even though it showed the time, the tracker showed the van parked up at the depot. tuesday came and went with the same thing. wednesday i gave up so went to the depot myself and asked why it was such a poor service. the guy was kind of helpful, I stated the tracking showed the time for delivery but the van was parked in the yard. he found my parcel for me and i left. Jacket is nice and warm, glad i bought it. JRS, please find another delivery partner please. sorry to give you low stars but based on overall experience it was poor.”

“Just thought you would like to see the condition of the packaging when it arrived. You charged an extra amount for the size of the purchase and surely the paercel should have been better protected than it was.”
