“Very happy with the product I bought, found the process of finding the correct size of garment difficult ( it’s not obvious how to change size selection) i contacted JRS for help but got no reply, also postage was i little bit expensive.”

“Orders some Buckbootz with JRS, paid for express deliver. They didn’t turn up in the time frame they gave, but they refunded me the delivery fee. Which I thought was excellent customer service. Really happy with my boots and would order again”

“The products are good quality and the embroidery seems to be really good quality. From approval to delivery was pretty quick. However - it was 3 weeks AFTER placing and paying for the order, before we heard from them to even submit the design and get the order processed, which is a bit pants.”

“Overall very good. Best price I could find. Gave 4 stars due to delivery. Refused to leave in safe place- porch. Out all day at work so had to get someone round just to take delivery only other option travel 15 miles to depot. I don’t drive. Wouldn’t order again unless delivery options changed”
