“I bought a Royal Canin cat dry food 4kg, Royal Canin wet food, and Milbemax for Cat. I found it had the lowest price among other online shops, hence I went ahead with Jumbopets. The reason I did not give full 5 stars is because it was shipped by Couriersplease. First time delivered I wasn't home. So I had to book for redelivery and the Couriersplease team did not do it for almost 2 weeks. Eventually I had to go to their depot to pick it up myself. They were supposed to tell me when the package was ready to pick up, but they did not. If I did not follow it up with them, I would have probably not got the package at all. Jumbopets team, please refrain using Couriersplease. The reviews on Google says it all.”
