“EDIT 14Sep2024: Jumbo Pets have ensured they won't use Aramex for my future deliveries. They also contacted Aramex (no luck though) to let them know about my poor experience. More than happy to keep shopping with JumboPets. Great and easy process BUT choosing to use Aramex as your courier has lost you points. Usually Aramex have been good but this time they were terrible and they aren't interested in addressing the issue (left the parcel out near the road and no attempt to actually deliver it). If you keep using Aramex I won't use your shop. Cheers”
