“Great price and quick delivery, great product, highly recommend”

“It is a good solid product, although the door latch does not easily open or shut. Whilst not a massive issue, it can become a problem when you have a very wriggly, bitey puppy in one hand whilst you attempt to open/close the latch.”

“parcel 2 or 2 was not delivered and I was worried as my Mother had signed for it. No communication. Turns out it was ripped and was redelivered the next day. So all good but comms would of been nice. Only flaw. Everything else was perfect.”

“Great pricing. Very quick delivery, once under way. However, I was very disappointed at not being notified that my item was on back order. I received an "your order has been processed" email on the day of order, and then nothing for over a week. When I check my order status in my account, it said the item was on back order. I later received an email that my order had been shipped, and it arrived the next day. Overall, a good experience, but not great.”

“I was very pleased with the delivery time to myself interstate, although because the delivery was in two boxes they arrived two days apart, but that was the courier company's fault. I'll be very happy to deal with Jumbo Pets for any future items that I may require that they can provide.”
