“I was very happy with their service. I ordered from them & another pet supply company on Monday, got delivery from Jumbo pets on Wednesday. I waited another week from the other company. I also researched prices of flea treatments online & found Jumbo pets was the same price as Petbarn. As I needed one packet immediately I decided to purchase one locally at Petbarn, then would order more for later from Jumbo pets. I went instore to Petbarn & got charged $25 more than their advertised online price! I was not happy with their gimmicks & will always just buy from Jumbo pets from now on as the don’t use marketing tricks. A very happy customer, keep up the good work.”

“out of 24 cans 13 were dented and not suitable to feed to my dog, Jumbopets was very accommodating and offered me a credit of the cans so I could re purchase the product.”

“Fantastic service as always. I ordered two products and one was not in stock. I was offered a refund or to wait until stock arrived within 4 weeks. I chose to wait. Jumbo pets still sent one item to me and the other item arrived a week later. No additional postage charged. Very happy customer and extremely happy puppies here.”

“I bought two of "Trouble & Trix Odour Neutralising Lavender Scent Litter Crystals for Cats 15L". They were as described by the seller. I usually use different brands for my cats.However this actually high quality compared to the price.”
