“I’ve had a positive experience overall with Knowledge Brief. The platform they use is easy to navigate and really helps keep everything organised, which made tracking my progress straightforward. The support team has been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve spoken to them. Although there were a couple of times it could be a little difficult to get hold of someone quickly.
That said, when reviews or check-ins were due, they were always punctual and gave constructive, detailed feedback that really helped me improve. The training webinar sessions were also excellent — engaging, well-structured, and full of useful information.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend them for the quality of their training and support.”

What I was really impressed with was the automated portfolio summary tool - compared to a preiovus provider (where I had to link all my evidence manually) this tool managed to generate a summary of all my evidence with a single click. Over ally, the website (portal) is great as it provides access to a multitude of knowledge articles and keeps the learning journey structured and organised. “I found my skills coach Paul Mckinley to be very helpful, supportive and knowledgeable of the realities faced whilst completing an apprenticeship on full time employment.
However, I found extremely frustrating the communications with the team validating my previous education. I also found a lack of decorum from their part, sharing my email with external people and telling them that I was attending a meeting at certain time.
In terms of the platform and content, I found some content being outdated with links to youtube with videos older than myself. I also found that the content was often incomplete and I faced a paywall when trying to obtain more information i.e. buying a book or paying for an research article.”
