“Some of the onboarding process was a bit clunky, but people were well intentioned. Having had another colleague on Level 5, I was surprised that we both had similar experiences.
As we both approached EPA there was a real lag in communication. We also both experienced having a change in coaches, which affected how many times one found oneself reiterating the same information.
For the most part, the content available on the platforms was excellent.
However, there was a real lack of genuine diversity in terms of where research has been drawn from. This is probably as much some feedback for the CMI as it is for Knowledge Brief. The same can be said in terms of the way that research/methodologies/analysis is constructed... there's a strong weighting or assumption that people work in larger companies. The language is completely skewed to that setting, which alienates anyone from charities or social enterprises, as well as making some things irrelevant for smaller businesses.”
