“Knowledgebrief has provided top quality coaching education, with experienced professionals, and excellent online platform with very relevant content. My 1-year journey to obtain my Level 5 coaching professional accreditation was a delightful experience.”
“I completed my Level 5 Professional Coaching with Knowledge Brief, and the training provider was outstanding from the very start. I am dyslexic and had to complete my Maths and English alongside the course, and the support I received was incredible.
My coach, Simon, truly cared and coached me throughout my entire training journey. My Maths tutor also went above and beyond; she guided me, supported me, and gave me additional help whenever I needed it. I loved the platform; it was easy to navigate, and it allowed you to track your own success and clearly see where you needed to improve.
The content and videos were extremely helpful and supported my growth into a stronger business leader. I now coach my own management team as a result. I have owned my business for 23 years, and I can honestly say the coaching was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the process, and I believe this was down to the level of support Knowledge Brief provided, along with their easy, accessible platform. I was also fully committed from the start, this training was for me.
Since completing the course, I have grown in confidence and gone on to coach my team, adding real value to them. Seeing my management team grow has not only helped them in their personal lives, but it has also had a huge impact on our business, doubling our profit and improving staff retention. Our company is now a place where our staff feel seen and feel safe.”
“I had a very positive experience on the L4 Project Management Apprenticeship, largely due to the support and guidance of my tutor, Tom Kennedy. Tom’s teaching during workshops was always clear, engaging, and easy to follow. He was consistently approachable, happy to answer additional questions, and always willing to arrange extra meetings when support was needed.
Throughout the course, I felt supported and guided at every stage. As a result of the learning and Tom’s teaching style, I have grown significantly both professionally and personally, particularly in terms of confidence in my own skills and abilities. I would highly recommend this course and Tom as a tutor.”
“The programme offers flexible learning with clear, well-structured steps that break the work into manageable and easy-to-learn sections. The skills tutors are highly supportive, and there is a wide range of workshops that provide excellent opportunities for networking and developing people skills. The study materials have strong depth of knowledge, which supports effective learning and practical application.”
“My skills coach Chris W was awesome, really easy to talk to and always available to help. The course itself was really good, great mix of resources. Some of the structure didnt flow well for me, but it was easy enough enough to follow. Expectations are clear and assessments are marked and feedback given in good time. My only negative is the timing of the workshops, I did all the compulsary units fairly early as it was said we had to book on asap otherwise we may not get a spot. Also some of the obviouisly popular ones were booked up instantly. So putting these on more frequently would be good.”
“It is thanks to KnowledgeBrief that I passed my Level 5 Operational/Departmental Manager course at all, let alone with a distinction. They supported me through the difficult situation of being made redundant towards the end of my course, and were able to find a way for me to be able to complete the course. I am very greatful to my coach Natalie Collins and Rick Whitehead, for their support and guidance.”
“I completed a 12 month apprenticship with KnowledgeBrief and can only provide positive feedback. I was very well supported by my skills coach and the resources, training and support provided throughout by the team significantly helped me to achieve my qualification. Thank you KnowledgeBrief!”
“I had a fantastic time completing my level 3 Team Leader Course with Knowledge Brief. All of the staff and trainers were fantastic and it was a great process from start to finish.
Highly recommend KnowledgeBrief as a company”
“As someone who isn't a natural academic, working with KnowledgeBrief was an excellent experience. The way the course is designed, with support from your coach and the portfolio broken into bitesize sections allowed me to manage my workload with the course work.”
“The format offered by KnowledgeBrief perfectly suits experienced learners studying alongside work and needing flexibility. Apprentices with other providers have previously commented how they feel their providers approach didn't recognise the maturity of some learners - that was never an issue with KnowledgeBrief. I enjoyed my learning and valued the support of my skills coach who was encouraging, responsive and knowledgeable in the topic; helping me get the most from the course.”
“Great experience with KnowledgeBrief on my Level 5 apprenticeship.
My skills coach Denise were fantastic, supporting me through the course.
I would highly recommend KnowledgeBrief for leadership and management training.”
“Although the course was intense due to the demands of my job, my tutor, Tom Kennedy, was always there to support and help me whenever I needed him.
On another note, I'd like to mention Angie Evans who helped me prepare for the Level 2 English exam required for the course.”
“have had an amazing learning experience with Knowledge Brief. The online training was excellent, engaging, clear, and very well structured. I really enjoyed every part of it and feel that I have learned so much.
A huge part of my success on this journey has been thanks to the incredible support of my mentors and teachers. Jane, April, and Angie have been absolutely key, spending so much time coaching, guiding, and encouraging me along the way. Their dedication made a real difference and I truly appreciate all their support.
Overall, this training has been a fantastic experience, and I feel much more confident in my skills because of it.”
“Simon is an absolute credit both to himself and to KnowledgeBrief. His knowledge, experience and support is top class and he helped to make, what initially sounded like a complex process, straight forward and easy to navigate. Simon was always available to offer support, praise and encouragement as well as coaching me to develop my own knowledge and skills. Throughout my apprenticeship, due to his support and positivity, I found myself growing in confidence as my knowledge grew and developed to the point where I was able to pass my apprenticeship which was something I thought I may struggle with due to being out of education for a while. Simon is an excellent tutor who managed to get the best out of me even when I doubted myself and for that, I will be eternally grateful. Simon and KnowledgeBrief have now helped me to achieve my apprenticeship so that I can now consider my wider career options and now, the World of possibilities has opened up for me to begin to explore. I would highly recommend KnowledgeBrief as a training provider but in particular, Simon as a tutor, both of which have helped me become a better leader and more approachable manager.”
“The support and feedback provided was fantastic.
The only improvement I would suggest is that the skills coaches can often have quite different ideas/opinions which can be confusing as a learner.”
“The platform and whole support network of tutors is fantastic. It is not too over the top but they are there to give you a nudge in the right direction when you need it. From the beginning I always said that the bite sized chunks of learning were great, allowing you to pick it up and put it down multiple times across our busy lives.”
