“Michael has so much industry knowledge. He's thoughtful and high energy in responding to our questions. He's kept us engaged all week and is in no way a dry presenter. This has been a delight of a class to attend. I feel so much more cabable in using captivate so that I execute my tasks in a timely manner to effectively meet deadlines.”

“Ledet came to our offices since everyone enrolled in that class was from our company. This was a huge help and we appreciated Ledet's flexibility and their offer to come to us very much. The instructor (Christine Marsh) was knowledgeable and answered all our questions. It is clear that she knows her way around the program well and is very adept at teaching as well. Our only complaint is that she arrived late both days and she spoke very softly. Understandably, she had plumbing issues at home. We all learned a lot and appreciated her time!”
