Horrible time management. The first 30 minutes were wasted trying to figure which attendees hadn't received the training materials. 15 minutes to go over an agenda that only had a handful of items. Over 1 hour wasted with introductions for only 12 attendees—we work at the company, we don't have to introduce ourselves to each other all the time, and we certainly don't need to take so long to do so.

The pacing was too slow, and the material could have been covered in 1-2 hours (at most). We were given several items to have ready for the course (including an ebook), of which only two were actually used. Communication about these materials was insufficient or ineffective (a link to a Google Drive appeared at the bottom of a long email). I still don't know why I have the ebook. The instructor also had technology issues that made the pacing even slower. It took >30 minutes to get the session started. The content was also far too detailed and tedious for most of those on the call.

The instructor appeared grossly unprepared. We spent 30 minutes troubleshooting whether we received the correct documentation or not. We spent an hour going through introductions. She spent a lot of the time going down pointless tangents and took forever to start on the content. We didn't start on accessibility content until 1 hour and 45 minutes into the class. After 2 hours of the class, my colleague and I decided to shift our priorities for the day and not continue with the class. After we left, another colleague mentioned that the lunch break was extended past an hour, and our colleagues had to wait until she returned. We don't believe this instructor is professional and does not paint a good light on your training agency. I would recommend that our organization not continue working with your training agency.

1: I was given the choice of getting the physical book and I never got it. If the book is back ordered, it is better to communicate that at the start so I can either find an alternative which is buying it myself or just know what to expect. 2: The material was delivered on the same day the class started ( eg. Monday morning) and this was after sending an email on Sunday asking about the class material. This is important because in my company I need to create a ticket for IT support to allow me to download external files and I need at least 24 hours buffer, in case the help desk has high-priority issues. If I had the material delivered before class I could have had a chance to do all the prep needed but that was not the case. 3: The delivery method online did not work for me because most icons are so small and not that intuitive in the program. this is a personal preference and the dynamic of the classroom ( helping each other) is very much needed which is not possible in an online classroom setting, in my opinion. 4: everyone in the class had a different version so when the instructor was asked "where to find X or Y function" the answer was " I'm not sure which version you have. If this is a beginner class everyone must have the same version so we don't waste time listening to directions. The instructor is not bad but the delivery method (online) and organizational side of things did not work in my opinion. The instructor gave students time in the break which was a great idea but again for me this was not enough. Online class for this type of material is not a good idea in my opinion.

Absolutely not worth the money. The instructor came unprepared and didn't have the files downloaded at the beginning of class which took up a good portion of learning time. I ended up having to send him the files via email because they weren't downloading for him. We only got through 200 pages of the 600-page book. The instructor, at times, didn't seem like he knew the program very well. He was basically reading from the book and it seemed like he was learning along with us. For the price, I expected the instructor to know the program inside and out as per your website "Our instructors know the products they teach on inside and out." Would not recommend this class.

Trying to register, I couldn't get in touch with anyone for weeks by phone, email, or Twitter. When I did get a response, some questions weren't answered still, and I had to re-ask two more times, finally getting a reply the day before the class started (more than a month of waiting). The book was nearly a decade old. The supplied assignments nearly never worked since much of it was deprecated, and the author was blamed for issues many times, despite being written many years ago with different technology. A lot of it seemed to be a history lesson on what used to work but doesn't now. Many of the old assignments tried to be reworked to function during the class, and most times it did not work out. Each time something didn't work (which was frequent), we were told either that it was deprecated, we can "put a pin in it" (and never get back to it), or we can imagine how it would work; another response was "I'm going to suspend disbelief on this one" when something was expected to work but didn't, before moving on. The entire course had an all-over-the-place sort of feel. It was confusing and frustrating. When we got to AJAX, the instructor wasn't getting the CF part to work and was basically having me teach AJAX in JavaScript. Whether it's the fault of the instructor himself or Ledet for not providing adequate resources to him, the code should have been prepared. Depending on the fault, take that into consideration with my ratings in this survey. The instructor said he's taught the course many times. If that's the case, there should be no surprise that something doesn't work, and a solution should already be available from having done it before. It seemed like the first time from my perspective. In all, I believe the training investment cost more than the price tag; it cost me the opportunity to learn on my own or to work on projects of value, but with no positive return.

For starters, had to call Ledet because I never got the link for the class meeting. So, we started late, and then when we did finally start, the instructor was eating and drinking while "teaching." And teaching is in quotes because he was literally going through the book with us. I don't think he prepared for this class at all.
