“I am not quite sure if I would recommend just yet. I would need to take another class to see.”

“I was given 15 lessons and we only went through I think 3. I am not sure if we weren't supposed to cover them all and maybe they were for the classes the rest of the week, but I feel like I missed out on some valuable learning. I also felt like the instructor jumped around a lot and it sometimes became hard to follow. I did learn quite a bit in the training, but for 2 days I thought it could have ran smoother.”

“I would likely recommend a Ledet training for Adobe FrameMaker by Urszula Witherell because she is knowledgeable about the application. I would caution recommending a Ledet training due to issues I describe in my additional comments below.”

“For the price, I would’ve liked a third or maybe a even a fourth day! We just barely scratched the surface . It was an information dump in two days, with no time for specific questions. I would make 3 days of instruction. At the end of the 3rd day, assign students a small project to check for understanding. Then on the 4th day, allow individual time with the instructor to review project and go over any major areas of concern. You’d still be making a lot of money. 7 students (in my class) at $900 = $6,300 Don’t know what the instructor makes per day, but I’m guessing you can stretch it by two days.”

“I have taken a course with Ledet before, however, it was not virtual. Had the IT issues been able to be worked out before the last day of my training (2nd day), my satisfaction rating would be Very Good. I also didn't receive my manual until after the course was done.”

“I would recommend a training, for example, a 101 training to a colleague if they had absolutely no knowledge of the software. A lot of what I experienced over the last 2 days was very redundant from what I had discovered on my own upon after receiving the software. I think it would have been more beneficial if I had just received the software and opened it for the first time.”

“I would not recommend a virtual training with Ledet, in particular a virtual course taught by this instructor, David Hark. There were numerous technical difficulties in Zoom that caused frustrating delays, and which the instructor didn't seem prepared to fix. Additionally, he was not a clear teacher and became confused MANY times by the application he was supposed to be instructing us in, Camtasia, to the point where his STUDENTS were pointing him towards where to click and offering explanations of why things were not working. It seemed as though David Hark was NOT familiar with Camtasia or at least had not taught this course for a long time. Students posed many questions he could not answer, the pace of his class was far too slow, and at many points painful because he seemed very lost in Camtasia.”
