“I have bought many items from Libby London over the last 10 years, those that I have kept I have loved and they have worn well. I always look to see what you have before looking elsewhere for work clothes and am usually tempted.
My two suggestions for enhancing customer experience would be:
1) consider offering two lengths for dresses - I always have to have things taken up which adds additional cost to the purchase
2) Returns take an excessively long time to process. Twice in the past few months it has taken 4 weeks to get my refund and I only received it when I chased. It then came very quickly which did make me uncomfortable that I still would not have received the refund had I not followed up. Other companies - Boden and Hobbs are recent examples where the return has been acknowledged with 2 or 3 days and the refund available very shortly thereafter. This experience did put me off shopping with Libby for a while, particuarly as often I have to buy two sizes to see which one fits best.”

“Gorgeously versatile dress! I absolutely love the soft, 3-season cornflower color, which is equally perfect for a date night, Sunday brunch, or the office. I also love the substantial, fluid fabric, clean lines, and covered button placket. Thr cap sleeves work well alone,under a cardigan, or undwr a jacket once autumn arrives. Bonus: perfectly concealed seam pockets!!! My first Libby London purchase--and it's a complete wardrobe win. Highly recommend this dress.”

“I really like the shape of this dress, its comfortable and light weight. The sensible colours make it a good choice for those of us in more traditional professionals.
I would however make the observation that it is very small fitting and this seems to be a trend with Libby dresses which is not overly helpful!”

“Excellent quality fabric and very classic styles. I like the fact that the dresses arent too short for an office environment and some of the items have a zip at the front to allow me to determine the opening.
Would love to see trousers at differing lengths - im 5ft 2.”

We aim to offer a range of styles so everyone can find there perfect fit and would love to add a length options in the future.
