“I had googled Gold Spot Irish Whiskey and when I clicked on it I was taken to this website. I was distracted and so the yellow spot looked the same color as the gold spot. I placed the order and then realized my mistake. I tried to cancel order and the phone number is full. They did not respond to the email, and had never sent a confirmation. They then at 8:46 sent a shipping confirmation. Total rip off artists.”
“I was really happy with how smoothly the whole buying and shipping process went. I was notified quickly after my purchase that everything was on the way. My package arrived undamaged and very well protected from any incidents that can occur during shipping. Engraving was great on the bottle and legit.”
“Wanted to get a gift for my son for his birthday, so I decided to grab from Liquor Stars and choose the engraving option. It did take 3 business days for the order to get out but they did mention to me it does take a little longer, I’m very happy with the process and how the bottle came out.”

After a day without a response, I attempted to call their customer service, but no one answered and the mailbox was full. “This was my second order with Liquor Stars and my biggest. I was very happy with how they packaged the first time and so the second time they built enough trust for me to order these tequilas and whiskey. I am glad with how they packaged it and their fulfillment was fairly quick, it took 3 days to get fulfilled although they did UPS 2 day shipping on the actual box. Cant wait to add these to my bar collection!”

I spent close to $900 for an expensive bottle of liquor and over a week later and it still hasn't shipped despite being told it would. Still saying "Label Created". This was supposed to be a birthday present for my husband. At this rate, looks like it will be for Christmas instead. NOT HAPPY”
“All that's lacking from Liquor Stars being a great service is communication. Like others, I placed an order then heard nothing (apart from my order confirmation email). The site says you can track your order once they email you about it having been shipped, but I never received any such email; though I have gotten 2 marketing emails since the confirmation. What I eventually realized is that their website has a chat feature, where you can click to track your order. Typed in the order number and email address from my confirmation, and found that my order was set to be delivered by UPS the next day. And it was delivered the next day, undamaged, and perfectly packaged. Said order arrived only one day later than another order I placed with a competitor. Am I thrilled that I had to go digging to make sure I hadn't been ripped off? No. But I am happy with how the order arrived, and the time frame in which it did. I also feel confident ordering from them again, despite the lack of communication. While not the cheapest option, they are quite competitive in the online arena, and the cheapest I could find without a ton of weird shipping restrictions. So I'd gladly recommend them to you, albeit with a caveat of, "Here's what you'll need to do to track your order."”
“I read the reviews of the company before purchasing and some reviews were spectacular and some were bad. I decided to roll the dice and place an order. The order arrived quickly and was packaged really well. Each bottle was in its own really protective air pack. Some of the bottles came with a box and collective bag and the bottle was removed from these to be placed in the protective air pack but the original box and collective bag were included with the shipment. I received email updates every step of the way. I absolutely would order from Liquor Stars again!”

Well, I had a great experience. Easy ordering at good prices, almost immediate acknowledgement of the order, tracking information provided the next day, safe and secure arrival in less than a week.
