“We had ordered two bottles of expensive liquor from the store. We received one and never received the other. We requested multiple times a tracking number for the second bottle. We never received it or heard back from them. The last time we asked, we told them we were trying to handle this cordially. They immediately responded and said we don’t deal with disputes so we’re sending you a refund. It blows my mind that instead of selling the product and or having good customer service they would rather just refund our money. Customer service is HORRIBLE.”
“I would strongly caution anyone against doing business with Liquor Stars. My experience with order #23902 has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. After placing my order over a week ago, I was repeatedly promised shipping updates that never materialized. Every time I followed up, I was met with vague assurances and outright falsehoods about when my order would ship.
Finally, after much frustration, my order was canceled without so much as a proper explanation or an attempt to make things right. The dismissive tone in their communication—'We already canceled your order. Have a good day.'—is beyond unprofessional and frankly insulting. I’m left wondering if this is even a legitimate business or just a scam operation preying on customers.
This level of disrespect and disregard for paying customers is unacceptable. Buyer beware—this company is the epitome of bad service, and I would never trust them with my business again.”
“I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. I ordered 3 different bottles of bourbon before Thanksgiving. They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. 2 bottles arrived on Christmas Eve. The 3rd bottles is yet to arrive. They don't answer their phone or respond to texts or emails. I think I may have to get an attorney involved if they don't deliver my missing bourbon soon. “I would give them zero stars. Ordered two bottles on December 6th, 2024. I received them on December 21st. Only problem, one of the bottles was incorrect and an inferior product priced less than what my order confirmation states. Good luck contacting these people. The stories of calling are true they do not answer, they do not respond to the emails. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!”
“I ordered 3 bottles of Eagle Rare on December 10 thinking that I would receive them before the holidays since you claim to ship the week you receive the order. I received them on Dec 28 after all holidays had passed. When December 23rd arrived, and no Eagle Rare had arrived, I went shopping for alternative gifts. I communicated the whole time with a person by the name of Noel. I asked him to stop the order but he did not. It showed up on December 28th. I then sent Noel an email asking him how I should go about making a return. You guessed it - no answer. I’m angry, frustrated, and disappointed.”
“Total scam! Run don’t walk from this website!! They don’t answer the phone and promise to ship which they never do. It’s been over a month and I never got my order. Had to do a charge back with my cc company. Total waste of time”
“Wish I did more research before ordering anything from here. Ordered 1 bourbon to be shipped for a holiday gift. Ordered it December 7th, it's January 2nd now and still no delivery. Called and emailed multiple times, got told it shipped twice, both times not true. Customer service, if they answer are unhelpful. Still waiting to hear if I can get a refund or if the bourbon will actually ship. Not a good place to shop in my experience.”
“If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have called their customer service line during their business hours (12:15 to 5:00 pm PST) at least ten times. They never answer the phone, you cannot leave a message and it just says they are closed - call back during business hours! You can email them all you want and they don't respond. Not only that, I tried to find out, through Whois, who owns the URL and it is even hidden. They don't want anyone to know who owns this sham company.”
“Don’t know what these reviews are on about, had a great experience my pappy lineup came in perfect condition. There shipping times during holidays were reasonable enough. For them having 200,000 orders and this little complaints is actually impressive.”

“Wish I read these reviews before I purchased anything from here. Ordered December 7th, still has not shipped. 4 emails and a call later, still only shows partially delivered on the "shop" app that you need to download. Oh, and if you want to call them and are located on the east coast, customer service is only available from 12:15-5PM PST. or 3:15-8PM EST.
Do yourself a favor, move on.”
