“Please use extreme caution when ordering from Liquor Stars, I placed order 16149 on 4/15 and emailed them 4/17 requesting a status update on the order. I needed to receive the order by 4/22. Liquor Stars responded via email on Apr 17 at 9:09 PM "Hello! Your order will be shipped tomorrow!"
I followed up Sun 4/21 requesting a status and was informed via automated chat feature my order was still in fulfillment, additional emails with Liquor Stars confirmed my order had not shipped, when I requested my order (~$1,200) be canceled with full refund they indicated a 15% cancelation fee would be imposed despite their deceptive email indicating my order would be shipped on 4/18. Liquor Stars stopped responding emails after they were provided with screenshots and copies of their correspondence. (uploaded here for transparency), I strongly recommend everyone avoid this company.”
“They take your order and money, tell you it will arrive in a week. A month later after calling they said it will be another month before you get the order. 2 months have passed and still nothing. They refused to give me a refund. So beware of them stealing your money.”

“Total ripoff. I placed an order in January and I still don't have it. They ignore emails, the chat box people are rude and phone number has been under maintenance for months. Only thing I have is the ups label has been created.”
“Ordered 2 bottles Blackberry Crown over 3 months ago. This was pre order. When my local liquor store got it in stock I got concerned. Connected them and they said they will ship when in stock. Well it's been in stock now for a month. They will no longer respond to my email. I have been polite and patient. Highly recommend avoiding this company.”

“Very sad company, I have been getting jerked around for over two weeks now, they finally sent me my UPS tracking number with a delivery date. When I entered the tracking number in the UPS system, It tells me that they have created a label and there is not a delivery date, the product still has not shipped!”
“Placed an order first part of Feb. When I checked on my shipment, said marked delivered. I never received my order. Sent numerous emails inquiring about my order, and never received emails back. This last on I sent this week I asked again and within 24 hrs, they canceled my order with no explanation. I emailed again asking why they canceled my order, and no response. Atleast they refunded my money. Lack of communication! Poor customer service!”

“One star because NO stars isn't an option. I ordered a case of Crown on Jan30 and turned them in for fraud on 3/27. never received shipping information or product. Customer service is a joke. They answered the phone 1 time out of 10+ attempts. Most times it would ring to voicemail at which point the message would say the mailbox was full. Last time it said their customer service line would be down until next Monday. Complete runaround. DO NOT waste your time or money messing with this site.”
“I don't think it should be called liquor stores, I think maybe liquor failures. I have tried to contact them for over 2 weeks for a product that I ordered and have gotten nothing except I got an email saying we're going to ship it today and of course it still hasn't got here. So I send another email and they say oh would you like us to ship it today or cancel? How do they run a company like this? I don't understand it. I'm very very disappointed in liquor stores”
“This company is horrible at communication and cancels orders instead of fulfilling. I pre ordered two bottles of liquor well before the release. When the item was released it showed available on the Liquor Stars website. I sent several emails with my order number to verify shipment. WhenLiquor Stars responded they said my order was canceled by request and my money would be refunded. Turns out the pre-sale price was not the same as the price the product was offered at when it was released. Instead of explaining the situation they canceled my order. Terrible service, terrible customer service and communication . Horrible company. Shop elsewhere!”

“Purchase an expensive bottle of rare bourbon on March 6. After multiple days of hearing nothing, I emailed to ask for shipping info. They replied it would be shipped "tomorrow". Then, they didn't even create a shipping label until two days later, and now, yet another day later, the item has still not been shipped.
