“Ordered three bottles of whiskey, received one bottle within a week, never delivered the other two. No chance to actually speak with anyone, calls go directly to voicemail and no one responds. After multiple emails telling me that I’d have the tracking information “by the end of the day”, day after day, all responses stopped. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!!!”
“Absolutely horrible experience. I ordered in early January for Valentines day. ONE of the 5 bottles I ordered finally arrived on Valentines Day about 8 PM. Well over a month to deliver one bottle. Still waiting on the rest to arrive. Communication is horrible. Was supposed to ship from San Diego County and sent from Memphis TN. Contacting the CA dept of Alcoholic beverages next. Worst of all a $1000 bottle of whiskey was shipped in a Blue DEF Chemical bottle. Save yourself the time and headache, order somewhere reputable. Still trying to get all my order and getting ZERO response from the seller.”
“Do not order from this business. Ordered a bottle, paid to expedite it and it never came. No one responds to emails or calls; something unfortunately is not right. I have purchased many bottles online through other businesses and never had an issue before. Hoped this would be a new place to order from but not so much.”
“Completely dishonest company, took 3 weeks to ship my order. They claimed they sent both items but only sent one. I messaged them about it and they said the other item would be sent separately. Now it's 4 months later and they still haven't sent it and are now claiming they sent it months ago. Stay far away from this company.”
“Ordered a $1500 bundle from them on November 12th, 2023. The bundle came with Old Rip Van Winkle, Blantons and 3 other bottles. Received the Rip in mid-December and then nothing after. The $1000 bottle of bourbon came in a shoe box which I thought was strange. Multiple emails to them asking status and them responding with 'Your order is on the way' with no supporting information. Its now 3 months later and I havent received any other bottles. Unfortunately I took advantage of an interest free Affirm deal so I cant even dispute this on my credit card. Horrible communication and it seems like the stole the balance of my money.”
“Took over a month to receive my product. When it showed up the box was damaged, a corner of the box was crushed, had dirty fingerprints all over it. I thought I was ordering a new product. This looked used, dirty, and damaged. I wanted to keep the product and then resell it a few years later but nobody will buy this with a damaged box. I alerted them and they said they would help me out and have been asking for an update for over a week and nothing. These guys are a scam. Do not order from them.”
“They are a fly by night operation. First bottle ordered came quickly. Had to contact them numerous times via phone and email trying to get Second bottle Stagg jr 22a as advertised came as Stagg with no batch label. This company is a scam. USE OTHER REPUTABLE DEALERS!!! BUYER BEWARE!”
“They're trying to sell you products they don't even have in stock. After getting the run-around when they would not provide any shipping info, I called them out on it and they cancelled the order.

“Placed order on December 19th, it is now January 6th and my order still has not shipped. Requested the order be canceled and was informed I would be charged 15% of purchase to cancel. I'm not sure this is even a real business. Seems like a scam.”

“I placed an order for 4 bottles of rare bourbon back in October. The first bottle was sent the first part of November, then 2 weeks later the second bottle arrived. It is now December 17 and the other 2 bottles have never arrived. The order was over $5,000 and their customer service simply states they are shipping. These people are complet crooks.”

Multiple reviews saying same thing. Customer Service is just lies and keeps delaying past the date of canceling payment. TOTAL SCAM.”
“Have over $800 in lquor ordered for Thanksgiving. Nothing showed on my account for days. Order was "unfulfilled". Tried to call number they give but always goes to voicemail. Left message first time, never got a call back. When through chat, asked last week when order would be filled, after hours there was a minimal response of "Your order will be filled tomorrow." When tomorrow came, still no change, chatted again, told "You order will be filled today". Low and behold, Thanksgiving came and went, still no change in my account that order will be fulfilled. When I looked at the refund policy, says all orders are final and you pay if they have to reshelve items. Have never had such a horrible experience ordering liquor online. Ordered from here because there was a good price on an expensive item. From now on I'll pay extra to get it from a company I know and can trust. Now in a night mare trying to get the items I actually paid for, and still no one answering. Stay away from this company.”
