“I ordered 3 bottles of Eagle Rare on December 10 thinking that I would receive them before the holidays since you claim to ship the week you receive the order. I received them on Dec 28 after all holidays had passed. When December 23rd arrived, and no Eagle Rare had arrived, I went shopping for alternative gifts. I communicated the whole time with a person by the name of Noel. I asked him to stop the order but he did not. It showed up on December 28th. I then sent Noel an email asking him how I should go about making a return. You guessed it - no answer. I’m angry, frustrated, and disappointed.”
“Total scam! Run don’t walk from this website!! They don’t answer the phone and promise to ship which they never do. It’s been over a month and I never got my order. Had to do a charge back with my cc company. Total waste of time”
“Wish I did more research before ordering anything from here. Ordered 1 bourbon to be shipped for a holiday gift. Ordered it December 7th, it's January 2nd now and still no delivery. Called and emailed multiple times, got told it shipped twice, both times not true. Customer service, if they answer are unhelpful. Still waiting to hear if I can get a refund or if the bourbon will actually ship. Not a good place to shop in my experience.”
“If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have called their customer service line during their business hours (12:15 to 5:00 pm PST) at least ten times. They never answer the phone, you cannot leave a message and it just says they are closed - call back during business hours! You can email them all you want and they don't respond. Not only that, I tried to find out, through Whois, who owns the URL and it is even hidden. They don't want anyone to know who owns this sham company.”

“Wish I read these reviews before I purchased anything from here. Ordered December 7th, still has not shipped. 4 emails and a call later, still only shows partially delivered on the "shop" app that you need to download. Oh, and if you want to call them and are located on the east coast, customer service is only available from 12:15-5PM PST. or 3:15-8PM EST.

“Charged my card and never shipped my order. I filed a claim with my credit card. They hardly respond to emails and when they do it’s vague without information. The phone number does not work. No matter the time of day the message states their customer service is closed.”
“Bought two orders from them totaling over $5,000 usd. First order I had to email several
times about when the entire first order will be sent. A week later I was told via email from Noel / Liquor Stars that 3 tracking numbers would be sent to me but I only got 2 tracking numbers from L.S Shipping Wharehouse when they were preparing to ship, never from Liquor Stars or Noel. I assumed L.S Shipping is their distributor. Regarding this first order,
5 bottles placed, one was conveniently cancelled and refunded for the original price bought ($1050) while Liquor Stars website shows multiple same bottle available for $300 higher. Back to the first order, of the two tracking numbers I received from their distributor, L.S Shipping Wharehouse, I only received 1 bottle per tracking number. So out of 5 bottles ordered I only received 2, 2 were
missing, and one was cancelled by Liquor Stars a week after ordered and now priced $300 higher.
Regarding the second order I got one bottle but no box. I emailed them several times about the missing box but no answer. I asked the for the second order to be cancelled. Only after I threatened to dispute with my credit card did I get text and a phone call from Brandon. He was unprofessional and lack candor. He conveniently informed me the second bottle from my second order was being shipped as we spoke but said they were out of boxes for the hibiki 12 that I received without a box from the second order; though on their website they still have the hibiki 12 advertised and selling as of this review (9 bottles available with box) for $569.90.
When I inquired about my first order, he asked me which bottles I was missing. After telling him i am still missing 2 bottles from my first order he said they were all sent. He conveniently sent me a third tracking number for the first order that was supposedly sent on 10/24 and delivered on 10/30 though I never received it. This tracking was never sent to me prior to informing them of my intent to dispute. Brandon was the same guy that sent me a text on 10/27/24 soon after I made my second order from Liquor Stars offering to sell me a Yamazaki 25 for $8,700 outside of their website.
I would never buy from this company again. Keeping up with your order is painful and if you don’t they will sit on your order for weeks to months. Then when they ship your order it’s always partial fulfillment. But pay careful attention when the tracking is provided by their distributor, L.S Shipping Wharehouse. The tracking will show more bottles are being shipped then were shipped. Luckily I recorded all by orders from everyone from package delivered to opening as to protect my end. And don’t believe anything Brandon or Noel or anyome from liquor stores via email, text, or phone. They lie like politicians but are rude as heck when confronted with facts. Especially that fella Brandon, he is like the ex-wife from hell.”

“I ordered 2 bottles of tequila and received a concoction order & payment. After Approximately 2 weeks no tequila. Having sent numerous emails requesting a tracking number with no response I called them. I was told it was shipped and a team member would call me with a tracking number. NO CALL! II sent them a notice that I’m requesting the credit card company reverse the charges
Within 24 hrs a credit was issued

“Ordered on 8/3/24- website states 3 business days to process orders. It's 10 days now and I only have 1/2 my order and no tracking info for the other half. If I cancel the order they want a restocking fee. SCAM.”

FINALLY got a refund after disputing charges. On the rare occasion I actually talked to someone, they were very rude and lied. Try to tell me repeatedly that it had been shipped even though UPS said it had not. Don't waste your time and money here!”
