The product itself is good- some of the materials are poor quality but the shipping and communication was terrible. No updates I had to keep seeking answers to why the website indicated fast shipping and I waited almost a month to receive the item.

The sensory swing is wonderfully soft and strong, a perfect retreat for my children when they need a break. The shipping was well timed and response from Little Nation when an enquiry was put through was swift and polite. Will absolutely shop with them again.

I am not enjoying my helmet because I haven’t received it after almost 8 weeks. And I have received no Communication from this company at all.

I am very happy with the balance bike for my 1 year old son. Great quality and was just what I was looking for. Seems very sturdy and good quality also. Would 100% recommend to my friends and family :)

Helmet colour is no where near purple. So if your kids pick it expect them to get this colour. As a helmet overall cant fault, very helpful customer service.

The bike is cute but the fit of the helmet is not good. Too broad across the temples. So the hat rocks on my sons head and isn’t safe! It is a shame there wasn’t thicker padding added to the box so the fit could be adjusted. Please post some if possible. Tara Donohue

Long wait time for despatch, understanding covid restrictions, shipping time on the website still advised 48 hour despatch time. This was only updated when I suggested they should do so. Helmet was despatched into the postal system in it's normal shelf box, with a label stuck on it. There was no padding of any sort within the helmet box, just a plastic sleeve over the helmet it's self. Considering this has gone through the postal network that relies on machinery to tip and sort goods, I'm concerned about the integrity of the received helmet. Customer service via email was responded to with 24 hours. Would I ever buy from this company again? Honestly, No. I'd prefer to spend more money elsewhere.

Initially I didn’t realise I ordered a pre order colour, the team were super helpful and communication was smooth. I ended up changing to a different colour that was available sooner. Then Aust Post seemed to lose track of it for a while, there’s definitely some extra allowance due to covid, and lockdown, but I ended up emailing the team and little nation and they lodged an enquiry for me. After a few weeks, the bike is finally here.
