“It’s a shame, the bike itself is pretty good. But they really couldn’t be bothered to write proper instructions on how to put the bike together. I had to watch a YouTube video created by another parent who had the same poor experience. The instructions in the box don’t make any sense and are completely wrong which is concerning not just as a waste of time putting it together and guessing but if you get it wrong it could cause the bike to be dangerous for your child. Little Nation need to fix this issue and show just a little more respect to its customers by providing clear instructions”

“After sales service not strong; assembly instructions that come with the product are poor, bordering on useless; detailed instructions link for the PT19 has error 404 message "NOT FOUND - This is somewhat embarrassing, isn't it?" You think? And after almost a week after lodging a Help Ticket? Still no response.”

“Great little trike for the money. However, horrendous instructions that didn’t make sense. Even watching a video online it was still hard to work out how to put it together.”

“Very cute item. Except the picture doesn’t depict the same colour as what was delivered. The picture shows more a lighter blue where as it’s more of a colbalt blue. Also packaging said for ages 3+ where as the website said 2-6 years old.”
