“The items were great - little bit of an issue with one item of 4 not coming in the same delivery, which meant one of the items didn't arrive until after Xmas. That being said, the site clearly said that not everything might come in the same parcel. They're a small company and it was right before Christmas. I'd totally order from them again and their customer service team are great. Absolutely no issue recommending them.”

“Product was good as always but didn’t arrive next day, after paying extra for it. Took 5 days and ended up missing the birthday it was intended for. Used the excuse of Christmas post, even though it was the start of December. Had 0 problems with every other retailer online with Christmas post (even up until a few days before the actual day). However, these things happen. The most annoying thing was after I got in touch with someone at LLD’s and whoever responded was very blunt and rude. They didn’t even sign it off with a ‘best regards’ or anything. It may seem picky, but for a small company, that type of customer service is very poor. You see better at global companies like Amazon, even if you are “sending a ceo into space”.”

Thanks for your order, apologies that the order didn't arrive as you expected. Although we do dispatch the following working day, we don't offer next day delivery. We do only offer first class and second class postage, neither are next day services. Apologies that we didn't live up to expectations on the postage front, we do rely heavily on Royal Mail to deliver and experienced high volumes of postal delays, sadly, for us as a small business this was countrywide from our postal times across the whole year and this increased as December hit. In regards to the customer response, sorry if the email response wasn't as you expected, although we find 'Best Regards' to be very corporate and not small business style, we're all about removing that style of talk from our business as we wouldn't speak like this in any other manner. We pride ourselves on being humans at the end of the email / phone / social media, which, like Amazon, are robots on their chat service.
