“Preferred to shop at St Clements store. Parking and had all the wines i wanted there. The shop in town. No parking ans not all the wines i wanted. Yes i can shop on line but its not what i want to do just to get a bottle of wine when i want it that evening”

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review — really appreciate the honesty.
We totally get where you’re coming from. St Clements had parking right outside and felt super convenient, and a lot of people loved that about it. The reality is rising costs and a quieter retail market forced us to consolidate into one central shop rather than try to keep two going — but the aim has always been to improve what we offer, not make life harder.
The town shop is still a work in progress (we’re building it into a proper little wine hub), and while we can’t magic up parking on Seaton Place, we can make sure you get the wines you want. If there’s anything missing on the shelves when you pop in, just tell us — we’ll bring it in from our warehouse the same day whenever we can. No need to order online if you don’t fancy it.
