“Couple of weeks ago, one of the bottle was broken during the delivery. Only a refund was made of the bottle without any explanation of what's happened !!! They said they will come back to me with a reason and I'm still waiting!!!

Totally fair — we’d be annoyed too if a bottle didn’t make it safely to the finish line. We refunded you straight away so you weren’t left hanging, but we’ve been battling a few gremlins with our courier lately (turns out they’re not quite as delicate with wine as we’d hope…).
We were already chasing them for answers when your parcel was hit, and we’re still waiting on a proper explanation — we’ll drop you a message directly today to update you.
