“I much preferred buying wine from you before the relocation to Sand Street. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, even helping to carry my purchases to the car. I also enjoyed browsing other products if I had to wait whilst someone else was served, or my order had to be brought from the stock area. I did not find your web site very easy to use, especially as I could not find the particular wine I knew I wanted to order; also when paying for my order. Furthermore it was not very convenient to have to be in when the order was delivered. Finally, Sand Street is not very convenient for me to call at the shop in person. Our main purchase is The Very Cautios Shiraz, which is the only nil/low alcohol red wine we like. If we could get it elsewhere we probably would not continue dealing with you.

“I didn't have a notification that my wines were delivered to the address I had sent, so I don't know if it was delivered or not I had two emails saying it is out for delivery but not email saying that it was delivered.”
