“We recently order a framed print. When it arrived the glass was broken (FedEx's fault - the packaging was great so they must have mishandled it quite badly in transit). The staff at Lucy Pittaway could not have been more helpful, finding and sending a replacement in short notice and arranging for a free return of the original. They even called to check which day would be most convenient for me for delivery.”
