“Your whey protein used to be reasonably priced, but no longer. I can buy 1kg of NZ-sourced whey concentrate for less than RM100 on Shopee, so I no longer buy from you.”

“The vanilla flavour plant protein powder is decent with plant based milk. Only downside is the chalky initial taste and hard to clean nature. Powder sticks to the containers. Still one of the better options in the market. Delivery timing is way too long at 2-3 weeks so plan well. Pricey protein as well.”

“I bought the Cocoa Dinosaur Better Whey Protein and I found that the pack has a kind of 'expired mik powder' smell. I checked the expiry date and it was Sept 2025 so it definitely wasn't expired. I'm not sure why this particular one i bought had this funny smell cause I never had this issue the last time I bought it.”

“Product is ok. However the customer communication seriously needs to be imprioved! It is only via one channel which is on the website! Messaging and calling the WhatsApp number is almost useless!”

“Used to love the cocoa dinosaur protein powder! Got my 2nd order, however it seems like the taste is different and is slightly sour? (Not sure if it’s just this batch) Would love to have the protein in tub instead of ziplock bag too”

“1. I opine that Lushprotein should consider revamping its packaging. It is really difficult to scoop. 2. collagen is always out of stock and is only available for purchase after I pm their customer service. Hence, I have to revisit the website twice to add the same into the cart.”

“Email to Lush Protein is very slow to get respond from compared to straight calling to Customer Service. The info is also misleading or I am confuse Prime Whey with 100g is 91 or 84 gram of protein? The transparent colour of shaker bottle is pretty but I received WHITE colour of shaker bottle.”

“in my opinion, previous whey especially teh tarik and vanilla taste better than the latest one I bought. the latest version is difficult to dissolve, got bitter after taste, color a bit darker.”
