“My impression is that this business is no longer interested to continue the business. Since customer support has been bad. Sent multiple messages previously asking about stock for a certain flavour and never got any reply.”

“I signed up for a subscription every 8 weeks.. First delivery received on 15/11/23. My bags of protein were covered in sticky powder. Had to wipe down every bag. That's when I discovered there is a leak in the 1kg whey. Immediately emailed Lush protein. Received 2 parcels on 21/11/23. The first parcel contained a replacement whey protein which was also leaking. The second one contained another set of subscription. I was really shocked when I found out my credit card was charged the second time just few days apart when my subscription is every 8weeks. Again I emailed Lush protein. It's been 3 days and I still have not got any reply. Really disappointed.”

“Order in last week of Nov 2022, LPSG-20499 but till today 5th Dec, nothing came. Check ninja website and my shipment in in recovery phase. Impressive experience, I must say. Not a single soul inform me what is going on with my parcel......”

“Ordered 5 packets and 1 was defective and allowing the protein powder inside to escape. Still fighting with customer service to reach an acceptable settlement. They should be offering to replace the defective one but they are not. Making me jump through all sorts of hoops and slow response time.”
