“It's impossible to talk to someone in your team, no customer service phone or whatsapp number is provided. My orders normally are delayed or out of stock after I paid. Remember, customer is king.Don't leave us with the automatic chat box, it's frustrating. Same goes for the IG chat. No reply. We customers prefer human touch or at least a quick whatsapp reply. You guys just lost a customer, too bad because I liked your product and I was a loyal customer.”

“Very poor packaging for the protein. One of the bags had a small hole and affected the entire box of protein. Had trouble cleaning it off and storing the other bags properly.”

“Great Product. Poor online payment function and poor delivery service. I could not pay via credit card. It kept kicking me out after I confirmed credit card details. Felt like a scam site. Then I chose self pickup to make sure I could get my products in time to be sent to someone overseas. Lushprotein Team did not send me confirmation email to pick-up the goods. After 3 days I called up and I got the confirmation email immediately. By that time, it was too late for me to send the goods overseas.”

“There's no expiry date on the packaging for the Better Whey protein despite the label saying so. I ordered the unflavoured protein and it tastes a little metallic compared to other brands, probably wouldn't order it again.”
