1-Why are they collect friends phone numbers for verification? aren't the sale information?
2.Only one woman answer call and she is not solve the problem ->put on for 2hrs and you tired close leave without solution.

“I bought a sim card from a store but the card was already registered on another person and because of that the discounts for new users doesn't apply to me.
Customer support didn't help, they just said it does not apply to me because I bought the sim in a store.
I tried to edit the registration on the website and that doesn't work it just gets stucked after entering the OTP.”
“My daughters number stopped working, then randomly when I dialled it (while I was trying to sort out her phone) the call was answered by someone who claimed to have had the same number for 3 years.. I understand numbers can be recycled but that's just mad. Will be getting her a SIM from a more reputable network..”
“Terrible customer service! If I could give them a 0 stars I would. I have emailed about 20 times with the same responses every time- it’s like writing to a robot each time the same details are requested- I provide the responses required- then the same reply comes through from another representative requesting the same information! You just go round and round in circles- in the end I gave up- that’s £20 down the drain, which to this company may not be much, but to me is a lot and could have been put to better use- stop ripping off your customers and actually help them!”
“NEVER SEEN such a bad support, they are purely scammers, the website was bugged and allowed me to buy a recharge for a number that in the end was not the number of my simcard because of a malfunction in some of their simcards, called the support 8 times with 3 emails, never helped me to get what I paid on the correct simcard. Don't know how a trash company like this one is still going on”

“I cannot use my UK top-up bundle paid in 12 May 2022 because they do not recognise my credentials.I'm the owner of this phone number for 11 years yet they have no details of my sim in their database, they asked to send my details over the email.How wrong is that? £10 rip-off from Lycamobile so how many customers like myself? By the way uktrustpilot website won't accept more reviews regarding Lycamobile at least not the ones with one star!”

Which is the most calling number from you and such foolish questions. I have to give them a negative rating if there is that option but there is no that option. Worst customer service ever. “Never again. People are calling to me got information "number is wrong" or "I'm outside, please trying call later ". I'm not outside. My phone is connect. I was calling on customer service. They didn't help me. I tried take pac code. "Sorry, your PAC request has failed for the mobile number: Please try again later or contact customer service!". I was calling few times. "Technical problem, change sim". I have to change and is the same problem. Is bad. Zero stars”
“Worst company, truly. Bought their plan for my trip to Denmark, there was a problem to activate it. Nobody responded to me for days, after I came back home I got a response (days later) that they had problems with network configuration, and I should be all set now. I didn't need it already, so asked for refund as I never used the plan. Still in communication with the rep, going back and forth, and it is just ridiculous at this point. She doesn't even try to understand the problem. First she said I will be refunded, then she said "hooray, we activated your plan", when I said that I don't need her to activate anything anymore, I got an email saying "sorry your pin wasn't valid" What??? It is a joke at this point. Sinply ridiculous”

“Horrible company. They refused to work with me to help me leave. The customer service was terrible. They literally refused to give me my account number, which I needed to transfer to another service. My calls kept dropping in the middle of the conversation. Avoid this company at all costs.”
“I bought a pre-paid SIM at Woolies with 30GB data to be used upon activation. I called the customer service for activation only to be told that the SIM card is blocked. Went back to woolies for a refund but woolies said they don't accept returns of SIM card. This is such a waste of money with no justifiable reason.”
