“The dosing is good. The shrooms did their job.
I took my first dose right away. Taste was ok, a little softer than expected, and definitely had a bit quite chocolate taste.
The instructions on the bag said to keep the bag in a cool dry place. It didn't get over 65 in my house. We were having storms & power outages galore.
A week later I had another dose and it tasted rancid. I opened the second bag that I got, which was sealed and it also tasted rancid. It was awful.
The shrooms, the dosing, etc that was all good. But the taste was so bad I won't be buying more. If these need to kept refrigerated, it should say so on the bag.”
Sorry you were disappointed. Some peoples taste is different then others. At least we know the product was great. Maybe consider the capsules next time..

“Thanks so much to Mama Dose - I had recently stopped the SSRI’s I was taking (weened off under doctors advisement) and wanted to just reset.
I received my mushroom capsules within about two weeks of order which was the expected timeframe. I took my first microdose on an empty stomach and definitely wasn’t overwhelmed by any effects but my mood was positive and my anxiety relaxed.
I took the advice on the packaging and take a microdose for four days and take three days off. I have also taken a macro dose to give it a shot (5 capsules) and felt great - nothing overwhelming at all but some visuals and lots of positive energy. Definitely made me think a lot in a constructive way and found myself resolving a few things that had been festering.
Mama Dose has been beyond helpful with any questions I had - emails were answered immediately so unbelievable customer service goes along with the product.
