“Well, I really like your products but you sent me two expired items in my most recent order and despite writing to your customer service email twice to request replacements or refunds I have not received a reply. Obviously, this is very poor customer service - first, selling me expired items and, second, ignoring my emails.”
“The actual clear spf 30 is a good product, but with only a 5 month shelf life til it expires, just not worth it and will find another clear spf. Just not sure why such a short expiration date when most, from low cost to very expensive have at least a one year shelf life.”
“I've been using MANTL for 4 years now and I'm so happy I found this community. I've been rocking the balding look (not by choice) for over 10 years. Before MANTL all I used was body lotion and/or face lotion. The one downside is that the SPF breaks me out so I use very lightly. The wash and moisturizer are top notch. Leaves my skin all around feeling clean and hydrated. I definitely recommend using MANTL.”

Things I like: (1) the cleanser is soft, gentle, effective, and does not irritate the eyes; (2) the moisturizer is thick and feels good on my face; and (3) the SPF has the most incredible silky dry texture. “The Mantl products are very good. Would like to see this product stay consistent in quality and price.
One improvement suggestion: The pump mechanism on the Invisible Daily SPF 30 sometimes gets stuck AND makes it difficult to get the maximum extraction out of the container.
Commentary: So often a good product line starts to change in one of these two areas and loses me as a customer. Moderate price changes are understood from time to time, but companies like to play with their pricing model trying to extract more profit and price themselves right out of the market and never recover. Please avoid this pricing trap. Be wary of the allure of more profit.”
“The package was empty when it arrived. There was a tear in the paper package and everything must have fallen out. By the time it arrived to me, the only thing remaining was the packaging.”
