“The diagnostics are well done and the service quality is high. It simply takes a long time (a week or two) to get a service tech to the house. We have purchased several appliances from Mark's and will continue to do so. The people are wonderful. I simply wish that service were more prompt.”
“Mark's Appliance offered me just what I wanted: some new basic appliances for my laundry and kitchen. They didn't try to upsell me. The delivery folks could have been more responsive. They got the job done but seemed in a hurry and didn't give great directions on use of the appliances. I would recommend them and would buy there again.”
“Our experiences have always been stellar. Great sales staff, excellent delivery/installation. We had a terrible experience with one of your employees when we stopped by after our last purchase. Jerry was rude, unwilling to look up our purchase, unwilling to leave the conversation when I asked to speak to a manager and swore at me when he finally left the office. We would love to continue to be customers, but we want to be sure we have no further involvement with him.”

“The staff is always very helpful and courteous and will go the extra effort to try and get the appliance to suit the customer. However, disappointed in the refrigerator selection. Wanted a counter depth french door refridgerator arount $2000, but didn't have any. Got a great deal at Lowes for $1800 on a LG. Purchased a Whirlpool Microwave at Mark's appliance and found out after installation that the down light shined in the back, not over the stove. How stupid. Manufacturer's fault.”
