“When ordering a refrigerator online, the product I selected said would be delivered the following day. However, when I checked out, the first option was not the next day, but 8 days later. Not a problem for me, just think the real dates should be noted in order to set proper expectations.”
“After the serviceman came to our home, we decided instead of paying for our washer to be repaired we would purchase a new one. Mark's Appliance offered us $75 reimbursement towards our purchase,which was half of the service call cost. The serviceman was very professional and polite.”
“The delivery guys were great and very polite. However, a more pinned down time for delivery would be great. I took a whole day off work which would not have been necessary since it was a late afternoon delivery. All in all I would recommend your business to others and already gave this evening.”

“In store service was good. Installation of refrigerator was not the same. When service technician installed, he had to ask for shims from my husband to level. Seems he should have been able to use feet on refrigerator to level it. There was a ding on the left door so a replacement door was ordered. Since installation of the new door, the top left plastic storage bin rubs on the right door when opening and closing. Service technician should have caught that. We need to make a service call for that but have not yet done that.”
“Bought a refrigerator @ year ago. Was told it would fit . It did not, but a neighbor came down and after looking at the situation guaranteed me he could fix it. So he sent the delivery men on their way with my old one. The delivery men were very nice; the refrigerator was fitted into the space and it worked fine.”

“I think you need to unbox the appliances prior to delivery to check for damages. In the future I will insist that is to be done before I accept delivery”
