“We’ve been replacing appliances the last few years as they have aged and wore out. Mark’s has been great at replacing every one and repairing the washer and dryer. Not quite as quick at getting the current appliance replaced or the salesman returning a call. But, we do get an email usually same day that we call for updates.”

“Building a new house, I needed a whole new set of appliances. Among a few options for appliance suppliers in the STL metro, I'm glad I chose the local route with Mark's Appliances over a big-box store, particularly because of their Labor Day promotion which outshone the larger chains. Drew at Mark's made the experience exceptional. His ability to support his team and maintain a high level of professionalism truly deserved 5 stars. Without his input, my satisfaction might not have been as high. He's got a great eye for matching appliances and makes scheduling delivery and follow-up support seem effortless. Because of this, I recommended my mom to Mark's Appliances, specifically to Drew. He treats everyone's mother like his own, setting a high standard of care. In essence, for a shopping experience that feels more like a win and less like a chore, Mark's Appliances is the spot. Thanks to Drew, you're in good hands—second only to own your mom's.”

“We purchased a Café refrigerator and microwave from Mark’s. Their prices were competitive with the big box stores, and their service is much better. They personally service what they sell so you don’t have to deal with manufacturer’s or third party repairmen.”
